Yes, there are plenty of parking options in the vicinity. In addition to street parking on Walton Street and a small lot directly across the street, Downtown Armory Square offers garages and lots such as The Atrium Garage, The Trolley lot at 269 Jefferson, Garage on Clinton and Walton, and another large lot on the corner of W. Fayette and Walton Street. Parking is robust in Armory Square; you just need to know where to find it.

To enter the dispensary, you will need to bring a VALID ID, please note that if you are 21 Years of Age and older, but have an expired ID you can still come inside, however, you will not be able to buy any products. The following forms of identification are considered valid:

• A valid federal, state, or local government identification, including IDNYC, stating the customer’s age and featuring a photograph of the individual’s face.
• A valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the department of motor vehicles, the federal government, any United States territory, commonwealth or possession, the District of Columbia, a state government within the United States, or a provincial government of the dominion of Canada.
• A valid passport issued by the United States government or any other country
• An identification card issued by the armed forces of the United States

Absolutely! We want you to have an enjoyable experience and capture your visit. Our dispensary is designed to be very Instagram-worthy. Feel free to take as many photos as you’d like. We even have a Photo Booth on the First Floor for your convenience. However, we kindly request that you be respectful of other shoppers and their privacy. Not everyone may want to be in the background or posted on the internet, so please exercise consideration. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter!

Yes, we warmly welcome service animals into our dispensary. However, if your animal is not identified by a vest or paperwork, we will kindly ask you a few questions to ensure compliance with NYS guidelines. We will inquire whether the animal is required for a disability and what specific work the animal has been trained to perform. Once these questions have been addressed, we will happily welcome any qualified service animal into our store.

At this time, we do not permit emotional support animals inside our store. While we understand the importance of emotional support animals for individuals, our policies adhere to the guidelines set forth by NYS regulations. Only qualified service animals that are trained to perform specific tasks to assist individuals with disabilities are allowed inside the dispensary.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any cannabis sales. Due to the nature of the products and regulatory guidelines, we cannot facilitate returns. However, if you encounter an issue with your product, we will make every effort to address the problem. We will reach out to the vendor on your behalf to determine the issue and find the best possible solution to remedy it. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that you have a positive experience with our products.

We are excited to introduce the on-site consumption lounge on the 3rd floor of our dispensary. Our goal is to have the lounge open to the public before the end of 2023. The lounge will feature a glass enclosed smoking area as well as a bar serving craft cannabis cocktails, various edibles, and more. However, please note that until we receive approval from the state of New York, there will be no consumption of cannabis on-site. Rest assured, in the meantime, we will still be hosting events related to the cannabis space, providing an engaging and informative experience for our valued customers. We will keep you updated on the progress and eagerly await the green light from NYS to open the consumption lounge to the public.
